In these times of challenging change Red Road works across education sectors, providing appropriate resources within education services, training centres and schools (including parenting projects) to achieve and create healthy social, emotional and strong well being cultures. A necessity for all schools but especially for deprived areas of the community, where behaviour is often poor, disruptive and requires advanced and supportive teaching skills to deliver high performance and behaviour change.
The Red Road inner leadership programme focuses on enhancing teachers and other learning professionals self esteem, awareness and confidence levels. In addition this will give staff the skills to develop the self-esteem, motivation and aspirations of their pupils. All programmes are based on the foundation of personal growth and learning. Values which, when applied to the classroom, enable teaching staff to enjoy increased professional fulfilment, as well as bringing positive change within classrooms and student lives.
We use a step by step approach to support teaching staff in developing a positive mental attitude and develop a true sense of confidence around all aspects of self. The programme further focuses on developing emotional intelligence, eliminating negative control and managing stress to name but a few.
The Red Road Footstep Modules enable teaching and support staff to move beyond their current personal limits, overcoming fear and obstacles that prevent their personal and professional growth.
With staff developing meaningful levels of engagement within themselves, this then importantly, creates positive bonds within classroom relationships and additionally workplace colleagues. |
